I highly recommend this location! The team here works incredibly well together and goes above and beyond to make sure your car looks its best. They clean both the inside and outside, make your car smell fresh, and even wash your floor mats. One thing I really love is that they let you choose the scent you want in your car, which is a nice personal touch and leaves your vehicle smelling exactly how you like it. The staff is always professional, well-groomed, and put together. You can tell they take pride in their work and that this business operates with high standards. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that attention to detail and customer service are top priorities. What really sets this place apart from other car washes is the lobby and customer amenities. They offer complimentary coffee, water, treats, clean restrooms, and even dog treats for your furry friends. It’s those extra touches that make the experience feel welcoming and show how much they value their customers. This is easily the best car wash I’ve ever been to. While it’s not a full detailing service, if your vehicle is moderately clean like mine, they do such a great job that it almost looks professionally d

This place used to be really good and they closed down for a little while and today was the first time I’ve been back since they reopened. I wanted to get my car cleaned up as I’m leaving for vacation so I paid almost $50 for their platinum service and I had to Windex my own windows and mirrors when I got home because they were so filthy. They had really bad streaks which were more evident when the sun came out. I called and told them that someone must be using dirty rags or something and I spoke to the manager and he just said to come back in when I return from vacation and they’ll make it right, but I’m not so sure I wanna try it there again. I guess he just don’t get what you pay for anymore or maybe I just need to spend lots of money and have a really good detail done.

Apologizes for the late post. Love love love this place (frederick location only) costumer service is amazing and the interior cleaning people do a decent job. Wait time is never too long. I want to give a shout out to manager Erik and two workers adam and alexis? (Sorry if I spelled your names wrong) they looked super young but their professionalism was amazing. They helped me figure out what was going on and tried to help clear any confusions. (Long story short, I had to cancel my membership because we are moving to montgomery county so Erik took care of me and there was confusion on my end of if my account was still active after my cancelation. No biggies! But they were all super nice and helpful for helping me figure out this confusion! I never had a bad experience there. The interior cleaners are decent, but they gotta do x amount of cars in fast pace...so its understandable) I highly recommend frederick over any other locations. I wasnt fond of the germantown location. They are super small. Its super tight to go into the tunnel and then the interior cleaners, and they dont do well with cleaning interior compared to frederick (makes sense because they dont have the space nor

What a great car wash! The people here are always very friendly. They do an excellent job with the car wash and get it done in a timely manner. (If you opt for the interior cleaning as well) I brought my wife’s car here to get it cleaned for Mother’s Day and they even had Mother’s Day gifts to give out. Which I think is very thoughtful and a great gesture towards the clientele. I highly recommend this place.
